Milling

The importance of quality control in the milling of coffee cannot be understated. This is the transitional step in the life of a beautiful coffee bean, once a flower, to transform to what we know as a high quality coffee.

Marketing

Originality is the mother of all invention and the quest for invention brings about creativity. Marketing pulls while sales pushes. We take marketing of our coffee as serious as we take our sourcing process.

Cupping and grading

After milling, green coffee is graded and classified for export. The aim is to produce homogeneous commercial lots that meet defined quality criteria, and hence facilitate a fair system of pricing.
